Attended a 4 day international conference here. The free wifi was an absolute plus, and everything is well labeled. The facilities were gorgeous, many looking brand new. Plenty of space for a keynote, lots of small rooms to branch off, sit, hold a trade show, etc. Not sure what the conference organized and what they did, but it was a great location. Also the metro is literally right next to it so getting there was super easy by hopping on/ off and about a 45 minute walk from the pier which is super doable. About a 30min walk from there to the beach.
We organise dental conferences and have booked the Parc de Chanot for one of our Symposiums recently. Dealing with the administration of the Chanot has been an utter nightmare. They were highly bureaucratic, inflexible and sometimes downright nasty. There were lots of hidden costs of considerable amount that piled up towards the end when it was too late to pull out. I would NEVER organise a Symposium there again.
They have place to keep your luggage and jacket. Well maintained.
Decent facilites. Not enough restrooms. The place is not too big which is convenient when you have to switch rooms. It is kind of far from the city centre and the pier. Very close to the metro. Not too many options to eat inside.
Very good location,metro is just in front of the theatre, bathrooms are very clean and rooms have perfect design
