Do not allow short-term teleworkers.
I am in Marseille for a few days and they did not even welcome me. It was simply explained to me over the intercom that it is not possible to telework for a short time. Basically if you are not from Marseille, go your way.

When we have to work, we know how to work of course ... but we also know how to laugh and take things to the 2nd degree. Do not be afraid to integrate. A real family in Marseille!

Of course the basics of an excellent coworking space are there: effective wifi, comfortable office, very good coffee at will etc ... but the real asset of the place is based on the atmosphere that reigns there. Everyone is nice, open and curious. Which leads to big bites at lunch time and glasses in terraces for the aperitif.
