We just had a wonderful 5 day stay here at Residence Elite in Marina di Campo Elba. The facilities are super and the room extremely large with a well equipped kitchen for preparing lunches and dinners. The location is unbeatable as.you can walk to the town in the evening and also Stoll to the beach during the day. It's well situated to drive to the nearby Cavoli beach which is arguably the best beach in Elba.
We were very pleased with the staff and their welcoming nature during our stay. It felt like a home from home and we definitely intend to return here on future trips to Elba Grazie mille Elite Residence!
Very simple and minimal apartments inside a refurbished former hospital or retirement home. Close to the beach and friendly staff, but definitely not a very comfy or luxurious hotel. Simple furniture with a small kitchen and fridge, sometimes with very improvised fixes on the appliances...

Great location, 10 minutes from both the center and the beach. Very nice swimming pool open from 9 to 19. Parking of the residence always available (also covered). Studio: Clean rooms, very basic kitchen and bathroom. Very nice balcony perfect for dining. Storage room to store clothes or items to take to the beach.
Excellent location, 250m from the beach, 100m from the nearest supermarket and the center within walking distance; ample free parking, well-kept swimming pool perfect for children.
The apartments are quite dated but have everything you need. However, during a stay of a week they are never cleaned (however, they are equipped with a broom and dustpan!) And sheets and towels are never changed.
Although the residence is very large, it is quiet and the staff is friendly.
