Used to be a nice place to buy almost anything.
Different managers now ... all looks miserable doing their job. I've there 3 times lately. Unfortunately the same horrible customer service.

Clearly moving to an Online presence. The store is poorly maintained and appears understocked. The staff was great and very helpful.
In process of "remodeling " store soooo some shelves are empty but staff happy to assist you.
The nail is in the coffin on this retailer . . A tired retail experience and suffering from inflated pricing so that they can offer their "discounts" . . .go online or if you want brick and morter do HomeGoods. HomeGoods, a tjx company, is a winner in the home goods retail space. The irony is the plan for a comeback is a self-branded line of goods.. Their gonna add this to the already stacked to the ceiling, un-edited offering. The place is so overstocked already. This retailer will go the way of Linens N Things and Pier1.... It's just a matter of time.
