Great home stay, very clean (especially important during a pandemic), spacious, and a wonderful pool. Our family had a wonderful great getaway weekend staying there. Only issue was we had some trouble getting the grill started and couldn't get in touch with someone right away - but we figured it out anyway. Would definitely recommend staying with Naples Florida Vacation Homes for the value and the experience. Will look again next time we are in the area.
The Knickerbocker Estate of Naples is a dream place for any special event! With its spacious architecture, and yet intimate setting, the venue provided perfect atmosphere for the artistic salons of our non-profit organization. We feel privileged to have such a unique and beautiful facility in the Naples area!

I just want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by one of your employees, Jasmine. Jasmine has been nothing but fantastic over the past few months. Earlier this year, she answered numerous questions quickly and accurately about the property I wanted to rent. Then when the homeowner took the house off the rental list, she worked with me closely to help find another rental that would meet our needs. She was patient and responsive to all my questions and was quick to send emails and information to book the units.
Most recently she has truly gone above and beyond. I had asked her a question about grocery delivery and where many people would have given just a simple no, she took the time to inquire and find a solution. Then this past week, with the new quarantine being placed for Ohio and my flights all getting cancelled, she has been just AMAZING. This was our third vacation this year to get rescheduled -it has been so disappointing and stressful!
Jasmine was compassionate and understanding. She took time to speak with me. She worked really quickly to get my dates moved to May, when hopefully things will be better She sent all of the emails and new contract when she said she was going to -it is so nice to work with someone who is dependable and responsive.
In this digital world, customer service is often an afterthought. I cannot say enough for the difference that Jasmine has made in a very difficult situation. I have told everyone about my wonderful experience with your company, all because of Jasmine.

Kristen and her team managed our home in Naples Park for 4 years, and we couldn't have been happier with them. During that time, we experienced a homeowners worst nightmare, when Irma (the hurricane) hit the Naples area. Because we live in Indiana, we were very stressed about how to handle this situation with Irma. Kristen reassured us that they would take care of our home, and she did. She and her staff personally and carefully prepared our home for Irma, and because of their efforts our home was secure and ready for Irma! Due to changes here in Indiana, we decided to sell our home in Naples Park, Florida. Again, Kristen was enlisted for this task, and within a week we had a great offer and a solid contract on our home! Base upon our positive experience, we highly recommend Kristen and her team for either the mangement of your rental property or the sale of your property. We came down to Naples for the first time for a little warm gateway. This condo was everything we were hoping for and even more. It is absolutely stunning, and supplied with all that we needed. The best part was the location. It is right next to this plaza that has a movie theater and a bunch of little restaurants, and even an LA fitness. We managed to get a weekly free pass, so it was awesome. We will definitely be coming back for our next vacation. Great place overall, super happy with our stay!
