Very large, airy and modern facilities. Affordably priced room rentals. Internet speeds could be faster (only 12MB)
A great business meeting point, free WiFi.
A government sponsored public work center catering to small business start ups. Badly run and under utilized.
Typical government run attempt to "create" new business from bureaucrats, who have never worked a day in their lives.
