Service was faultless with Sergio being very efficient, friendly and helpful. We had no problem extending the car by a few hours. Sergio went above and beyond with his customer service related to a personal issue we had. No hesitation in recommending and would use again on our next trip.
booked a car and turned up on time. There was no car available. went for walk for about 2 hours and was phoned to let us know that.a car was available. walked back and was given a very nice but unsuitable convertible. was overcharged and the car seat provided was broken. They allowed us to take the 4 seater for the day until a suitable car was available. not a similar car as to what we ordered just one with enough space for 4 adults and a car seat. Which we did receive that day. When we returned at 14:00 as booked having paid for out of hours return, the place was closed. The worst service I've ever had from a car hire company and I will avoid enterprise globally unless they make this right.
