I met Thomas who works effortlessly to help the clients in finding their dream home. I have also noticed that they put a lot of time to develop the team and the brand. I do recommend you to get help from Assetfolio if you have plans to purchase a home or to have a look into their exclusive new developments. They have always treated me professionally and been very welcoming and accommodating in their approach as well as explaining the market and all the complicated but necessary rules to take into account.
This is a review on behalf of my parents really , they wanted to buy a place in Spain for years but were very worried about the process and how safe it was to buy there, they had heard lots of horror stories, I made enquiries on their behalf and came across AF, I spoke to Tom who was very helpful and covered my and my parents’ concerns in detail, the whole team were very helpful from start to finish and they made the process very easy ,I cannot recommend Asset Folio enough
Buying a property whether a primary residence or a summer home is a big decision and can be quite stressful if you are un familiar with the market and the location. Thomas and the Asset Folio team are awesome in their support, guidance, connections to lawyers, bankers..etc in the home purchase process. Their advice and recommendations is for YOU not for a sale/commission.
I have purchased two properties with Asset Folio, looking to sell through them capitalizing on asignificant appreciation in value and buy in a new launch project that they have exclusivity in.
