You do not have the right to charge me insurance and take the money out of my account without my permission to pay for the insurance. I live outside of Europe. I wonder what else is missing? Never never answers the phone if I have to come from 7000kms away 2 c u. I will be very very angry. Now they are saying that their telephone number on the web has not been changed to their new number.

The blonde girl who treats you is a real lazy, unprofessional and would have to be changed or removed directly. She is not prepared for a job like this. I went to deposit money and there are still 15 minutes to close and I already had the computer turned off and it refused to do the work.
The worst Santander bank in the area! Unpleasant and grumpy staff, apparently the cashier only works until 10: 00-10: 30 or 11:00 depending on how willing they are to work. Incredible !!!! to pay a receipt for the cashier outside of checkout hours it is understood but and if the cashier does not work they could attend them but no, they respond to you come this afternoon to try, and even to change a ticket that the cashier does not Accept you have to go during checkout hours. Ultimately only the cashier works. And a 0 for table staff could save those salaries.
