The place is very suitable for students who need a quiet area for studying Its also a coworking space hub that can motivate you to be more productive The only thing that needs improvement is the times when their bathroom have no available water for flushing

They are not so strict with hours and I adore the security guard he's so polite and accommodating.

Nice place to hold small meetings since it has a function room.
