A former trade warehouse, like many buildings in the area it's quite pleasant to look at.

Actually the building is housing an office of one the high profile care providers in Manchester. I was there to see the management

Was visiting Manchester and stopped by to see if I could get a day pass. Looks like it’s a serviced office, not a coworking space - they said they don’t do hotdesking. Don’t bother with it if you’re looking for a temporary or flexible place to work. Looks like a nice enough building, though. I really wish serviced offices would stop calling themselves coworking spaces.
