We have fulfilled a small dream through Gardahaus and bought a property as a holiday home on Lake Garda.
Everything went very well from the start. Although we live in Germany and hardly speak any Italian, everything worked out perfectly from the first contact, through viewing, submitting offers, preliminary contracts to the notary appointment. Even after the purchase and the notary appointment, Gardahaus took care of all registrations and re-registrations. The entire conversation with the seller, the other new owners and the craftsmen ran and continues to go through Gardahaus. We can only recommend Gardahaus.
