We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was really good the staff were helpful and the room itself was great for the money we paid. The only negative was that there were tea/coffee facilities in the room but this may be normal across Spain.
The location was great as it was only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Madrid and Gran Via. The national parks and museums were very close by too. It costs around 30 euros to get here from the airport which isn't too bad. Overall a great hotel.
Had a very comfortable 2-night stay here. The hotel is located close to Madrid Atocha train station in a busy commercial area. Rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was interesting to try out the different types of pillows they provided! The TV had the option to switch to English audio for some movie channels. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in a strategic position, located in front of the Reina Sofia museum (in the area of the most beautiful museums) and Atocha station, close to the metro. wanting to take a walk, in 15 minutes you can safely arrive at the famous Plaza Mayor, the heart of Madrid. Comfortable and elegant hotel in modern style very clean spacious room and bed for a thousand and one nights. Top breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice, clean and comfort room, delicious breakfast. It would of deserve 5 stars but in the room there were no slippers, this doesn't make easy going to the bathroom. They apply a very late check in policy.
