Great space but the administration sucks

The Best place of Madrid

Amazing open and public space to work, read, or have a cup of coffee in the Cafe.

As architect visitors we were surprised by the fresh and striking architecture of this communal cultural center. The staff was very helpful and the whole institution very open - so we could have a glimpse of the various activities going on. The interior architecture is nicely fitted into the old concrete structures of the halls, full of surprising solutions. The courtyard café has an excellent setting for a quick rest.
