Chris has put so much care and exceptional design into this space, I love the natural light and varied workspace options. Soundproof call rooms and frosted glass office dividers give privacy, and a big kitchen and living room area give a community vibe. Since the space is on the 9th floor, it feels like leaving the downtown bustle for a zen, posh workspace upstairs. There are healthy lunch options and coffee near the building, too. Thanks so much for the tour and visit, Chris!

Wonderful working space! Been here for nearly a year and so happy. The managers here are wonderful and caring, the space is great - always kept clean and all the supplies are stocked regularly. The energy and vibe is awesome. A lot of interesting people and companies here. Looked at 7 or 8 other co-working spaces before settling in at Industrious and couldn't be happier.

Great spaces for small events and co-working. Completely remodeled interior with modern designed office suites (private offices and open cubicles). Great amenities.
Very challenging to find though. Entrance is on a narrow alley-like roadway not the street with signal lights.

I was lucky to get a great deal at CARR Workplaces. I use it for 3 months as I was starting my fundraiser “Love And Compassion Movement”. Also I used it for my new business. The office spaces, restrooms and common areas were always cleaned regularly everyday. If you are thinking in starting something fresh and new in your life I recommend CARR Workplaces as you are navigating your new start. The 7th Metro station and Starbucks and other eatery’s located below. Thanks again CARR Workplaces for allowing me to use the office space to start my new start during this pandemic. The best time is now.

I'm a huge fan of all WeWork offices & locations, but this DTLA location takes the cake. Full service office space, great community culture, & awesome perks like randomly catered lunches & informative talks. Plus ample parking structures around the area, so you never have to search for a spot! WeWork for the win.

A fantastic space with all the amminities you can imagine. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for space to work but don't have the money to rent out space. This location is also home to Grid110, the LA startup incubator!

Excellent premium office spaces, in the heart of LA's Financial District. Staffed with great people, always willing to help and go above and beyond to accommodate tenants. Also, it is very reassuring that all COVID precautions have been made and being enforced. Would definitely recommend the spaces for anyone looking to work out of a coworking office. Thank you!

Came here for The Model Experience fashion show event prep! I had the best experience ever and I love the inside aesthetic of the building, espically the upper level balcony like set up with the office spaces

I reviewed the top 10 co-working spaces before finally choosing 1001 Wilshire, and very happy with our decision to come here. The place is strikingly beautiful and modern, gives a great vibe when I bring business people to the office. The main lobby area is spacious, has a large open format kitchen with a big granite countertop, access to coffee, tea, oatmeal, and sodas. Filtered water also available. The lobby also has Alexa voice-command speakers where you can select music and a pool table to relax in between meetings. 1001 has two conference rooms, one with a round table (my preference) very elegant with chandelier, and another more formal with a large rectangular table and windows that overlook the downtown buildings. There's also a mini meditation ♂️ room for anyone that ones to start their work day in the right way. Finally, place has access to a rooftop private parking lot (for additional fee) if needed, which is a big plus.
The manager Mitchell has been here since we started and has been a pleasure working here. He's very dedicated to his job and I feel when I come to work like a special guest.
The place is new so I am looking forward developing more and more networking opportunities with more like-mind individuals and businesses.
12 Indie Desk

Most of my work is done on the move. Using a coworking space became a must after some years developing my own business while keeping costs low.
I learned about Indie Desk through a friend who recommended it to me. I went to learn more and they gave me a FREE day pass. Next day I managed to do more than I use to achieve when I work in a coffee shop.
They have good facilities, friendly staff and a cool community of freelancers and entrepreneurs. Something unexpected interacting with the community was that I ended up receiving a free advice from an expert: one of the members who is a video producer with more than 10 years of experience gave me advice to complete a video for marketing a new mobile app.
What I love the most about Indie Desk is its community and the location in Downtown LA. Whether I use my bike or take a bus/metro, I don´t worry about traffic anymore or wasting my time commuting.
I highly recommend this coworking space to anyone looking for a cool coworking space in a good location with a friendly community.

Dr. Mazgaloff is very knowledgeable and helped me heal from a back injury. She also taught me exercises that prevent future injuries which are still effective.

Great space. Very few people are here. The WeWork team, Mimi and Christian, are really kind and helpful. There are new phone booths that are well designed and quiet. The kitchen has all the basics as well as an espresso machine, nitro brew, and kombucha.

Just rented two offices in this co-working space and i couldnt be happier. I am two months in and the facilities are super clean, the place is in a great area with restaurants all around so all the people working in our office space have a bunch of restaurants to choose from. I love it looking forward to staying here for much longer. The manager here Carmen is also the best, had to mention her by name as she is so great.

No idea what Genki's on about, this WeWork is great! Really friendly and responsive staff, always clean offices, plus drinks once a week along with other events that encourages local businesses to meet.
Drinks and events are definitely not on all the time, the other reviewer needs to check out the shared office space more before leaving salty/misleading reviews. They don't serve anything to your office or desk, just work on a different floor or on the other end of the lounge! Who complains about free amenities? Who hurt you Genki? Why aren't you genki, Genki?
