Great spaces for small events and co-working. Completely remodeled interior with modern designed office suites (private offices and open cubicles). Great amenities. Very challenging to find though. Entrance is on a narrow alley-like roadway not the street with signal lights.

Great space! Comfortable, friendly and quiet. Nice location in downtown LA near the Pershing Square Metro Station, on Broadway where everything is starting to happen. Really nice upper floor development.

I had a great welcoming and office tour. I found the space pretty packed though. And there was a film shooting that day as well which doesnt help.

Really good workplace with a lot of possibilities for you, like big range of memberships, different places to work or good coffee.

Great spot with helpful employees, but kind of hard to find.
