Chris has put so much care and exceptional design into this space, I love the natural light and varied workspace options. Soundproof call rooms and frosted glass office dividers give privacy, and a big kitchen and living room area give a community vibe. Since the space is on the 9th floor, it feels like leaving the downtown bustle for a zen, posh workspace upstairs. There are healthy lunch options and coffee near the building, too. I have found it hard in the past to find decent hotels in LA that did not cost an arm and a leg. The Collection - Coworking and Office Space was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there and enjoyed the experience. I booked the hotel right away after hearing her review, because the prices were reasonable.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience with the owner.. he apologized for things getting “heated” but he has a very bad temper. I would not recommend this establishment.
Amazing space! The 9th floor lounge is a beautiful addition to the building, offering a gorgeous and bright room for focus or decompression during the work day, and events on the weekends. Stellar!
