The office manager was so nice! And I was even a contractor not an customer! He was so easy to work for and was a great communicator! The space is also really amazing and upscale!

I did a good amount of research when looking for a virtual office space in the area. We temporarily closed our office due to COVID so I needed something that was flexible, could handle our mail, and provide working space accommodations if needed. Dots had the best pricing and responsiveness. I have used many of the corporate and independently owned virtual/coworking spaces in LA, and this has been the best one hands down. They are cost effective and provide high quality customer service.

I've been in customer service/sales for the better half of a decade and the Dots team have really created a concept which epitomizes taking care of your client and building relationships with them. My company started at the Culver location and we're now at Bev Hills. The two main faces at Dots, Rabih and Yoann, always make themselves available if we need them.
