Not suitable for businesses. This center cannot handle simple business services like printing or network. Shocking service levels on manager level. Managers have no desire to work with clients, not even a desire to increase sales. Customers leaving in droves because of low service levels and lack of responsiveness. This center may work for self employed people who solely operate on laptops and mobile phones but not for businesses.
No real customer service. Misleading sales people. Focus on rules and not on people. Avoid... Many better office options around the area.
Unprofessional. Clueless center managers. Sales overpromissing and doesn't deliver. Better go to Spaces around the corner.
Very unprofessional service, complete lack of professional IT infrastructure. Underskilled, inexperienced very junior people at all IT levels. Simple things like printing and network services cannot be provided in a stable, professional manner. At the same time, there is total disinterest by WeWork managers, who spend most of their time chatting in internal meetings. Lack of responsiveness by regional wework managers who have all sucumbed to covid lethargy. At times, clients have experienced total breakdown in communication between manager staff and clients for several days. Ignore all the fake 5 star reviews below.
Probably the worse serviced office center in London. Nothing works, no printing, no WiFi, no IT service.
