The place is very good. Close to underground Tube. Though you experience noise due to proximity to the road. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Place is clean. I stayed here for two days. Would like to repeat my stay in future. Great.
Really nice and cozy room with a lot of cool details. Liked it and would stay in it again. The location is very good, near the underground station from where you can easily go around the city.
The staff are very nice, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. I went in for a breakfast and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and made some recommendations as well, really impressed with the service. Food affordable as well.
Such value for money in the heart of London, just 10 minute walk to London Bridge, tower of London, tower bridge and the shard. The small hotel was very comfortable, beds really good and I had a great night's sleep. Situated above a cafe and next to borough underground station I wasn't too sure about the location when I first arrived. But I was greeted by a lovely lady who was very welcoming, helpful and the place was great. Great customer service and great value for money.
Friendly welcome, though the reception is a small corner behind the counter of the bar. Not such a good impression at the entrance, but the standard room was comfortable and big enough. Lack of sockets. No noises from the street, at least not in my room, you can hear the woods of the upper floor though.
Disappointment came with breakfast. I was the only guest having it and they were completely unprepared. So it took them 45 min to bring in a coffee, juice, yogurt, some cereals, an apple and a croissant. Not quite acceptable...
