Rentable office space. Meeting rooms available in relatively small rooms with basic refreshments provided. Fairly modern design with good facilities. Cafe/ waiting area downstairs is comfortable with contemporary design. Staffed reception area providing shared access to all offices.
Do not come here. Lifts haven't worked since we moved in, literal sewerage construction site outside out window for 6 months (without them telling us before we signed a contract), and so many short cuts that it just feels like they're after every penny at any cost. Staff are really lovely, though!

Update. Would say 2.5 if I could.
Pros:
• The view is great!
• The temperature regulation is a blessing (when it works)
• New coffee machine on first floor
• Some of the staff are doing a good job at making it all work
• The interior is modern and pleasant
• Unisex toilets. Nice and modern
Cons:
• First floor windows don't open
• Aircon was down for about a month. Had a terrible drama getting the management to take it serious as we hit 29 degrees in our office. Thank goodness it didn't happen when there was a heat wave! We had very low oxygen levels and we couldn't open the windows. The management was being all political and apologizing but nothing was really happening. ”Junior” management members of staff helped to minimise the problem.
• The gym plays really loud music and drops weights that makes the building shake. Complained multiple times about the gym noise. It's been almost a year and it has only now gotten a bit better.
• There are never glasses or cups left first floor after lunch. This might be because people with access to the showers on first floor grabs a cup of coffee on their way to the floor where they work.
• First floor often runs out of milk and coffee beans on Friday afternoons.
A very friendly accessible work space with great transport links & a superb cafe. Made my meeting very comfortable & welcoming.
A wonderful Riverside building
, lovingly restored to its retro heritage. The staff are amazing, rates are economical, and a large variety of options for businesses seeking a small to medium size office. The location is very well connected, and the building hosts a range of facilities, inc. Gym.
