Very warm and lovely work environment.
Lots of meeting rooms of different sizes. Wellness and new mothers room.
Free treats every Friday. Tennis and pool tables. Nice coffee and variety of milk and tea.
Excellent office spaces provided here with excellent customer service provide by members of staff.
This is the second WeWork space I’ve visited and, like the first, it left me rather underwhelmed. The children at the reception desk are all too busy laughing and joking with each-other to acknowledge a visitor who’s just arrived. All I got was a point to the iPad to sign in - no “hello” or “how’s it going today” or “welcome” - nothing! Just blank stares and an uncomfortable exchange.
The men’s toilets weren’t particularly clean and the cutlery in the kitchen wasn’t great either. There was a dog plodding around (which I don’t mind) but I don’t like that he was sat on the furniture...
Overall, it was pretty disappointing and I won’t be going back. I certainly won’t be considering WeWork for my business anymore.
Great facilities, but cups, spoons, forks, etc are not clean, always need a wash before using.
Constant issues with the heating/temperature, issues with pipes, thefts from the office, strange policies with dishware (claiming to be eco-friendly and then providing disposable plates etc then throwing away personal bowls or plates) the staff are helpful and a lot of this is out of their hands but really not great
