worst experience EVER!!!!
The rooms were dirty, we were given sheats that had awful stains from the previous users. The Hotel itself is a total lie and only is nice from the outside looking inwards. I would also like to warn others that the hotel DOES NOT have drinkable water at the premises even though its a 4 star Hotel. Don't be fooled stay clear.
To be honest, the buffet is not good at all, and the rooms are pretty old, however the views are awesome, I feel sad for their employers, they are taking all the clients complains about the buffet but its not really their fault.
Very poorly run hotel.
Reception staff are very unhelpful. Free WiFi is a joke .... it doesn't work!
The hotel is very scruffy and in desperate need of modification and general maintenance.
There is a distinct lack of staff for the size of the hotel. We were offered a room with our own 'garden' ..... biggest joke of all, I've seen better kept vegetable patches!
To give a positive, which is hard, the bathroom was a decent size and user friendly.
Built over 40 years ago and run by Spanish it was most probably the place to stay in Lloret de Mar, alas now, I would stay well clear and book elsewhere!
The hotel itself is located nice and has nice vintage vibe but the personnel is rude and has poor attitude to the guests. Be ready to be charged as much money as possible. Want to use safe box in the room - pay, want to use towel at the pool - pay, etc. They promised late check out when we did reservation in case no one arrived to our room, but the day of leaving required paying extra for every hour.
