Reviews from visitors:
Nice office space right next to the shops
I am currently a client here at Regus Derby Square and have been for over a year.
I am had numerous problems in last year due to problems in the building and lack of customer care. Problem we have had included being broken in to, being locked out of our office numerous times and having to work from home, no WiFi, one week we had no water at all so couldn’t use the toilets, giving two days notice to move offices to get a bigger client in, being served a court order for business rates that we were not liable for. The list goes on...
Despite all of this we did not kick up a fuss and was labelled by reception as a ‘no fuss’ client as we are laid back. That being said for the issues experienced some form of compensation should of been offered not chased.
I am absolutely appalled by the way thing are handled here and it seems higher management don’t seem to be bothered. The receptionist even commented the centre would be better off closed as it is ruining the reputation of Regus.
I feel as we only have a small office we are not valued. Due to the issues we have encountered and the lack of management presence we have had, we have decided to end our contract only to be told we need to stay for another 4 months as they have placed us in a rolling contract.
Completely unacceptable considering what has happened. They are trying to squeeze every possible penny from our company.
Disgusting. I would void like the plague.

I have experienced numerous problems in last year due to problems in the building and lack of customer care. Problems we have experienced included being locked out of our office numerous times and having to work from home, the centre being broken into, no access at weekends for the rest due to issues with key and building access, no WiFi, one week we had no water at all therefore has no use of toilets or running water, given two days notice to move offices to get a bigger client, being served a court order for business rates that we were not liable for which has taken four months of liaising with the council directly to rectify. The list goes on...
Despite all of this we did not kick up a fuss and was labelled by reception as a ‘no fuss’ client as we are laid back. That being said for the issues experienced some form of compensation should of been offered not chased. During February we were without use of the office for a total of 5 days due to an electrical failure on the door that no one in Regus could figure out. This was the final straw and I requested to be reimbursed for the 5 days I was without access to my office. I had to request this when it should have been offered a gesture at the very least. It took two weeks of chasing to have this agreed and the credit note raised has not been applied to any invoice since and is therefore invalid!
Numerous billing issues, I was charged a retainer deposit when I was moved out of my original office without choice as they sold my office space to larger client!!

I have given Regus numerous opportunities to put this right and all they care about is money.
Customer service is zero, I would not recommend and I will be glad when my contract is over! Don’t take my word for it please speak to your clients we are not happy.
Terribly noisy place, in spite of the house rules, which are so clear with regards this subject: profesional behaviour and do not bother other users.
However, informal conversations in laud voice and laud laughs (are laud laughts compatble with the so called "professional behaviour" ?) sadly are frequent specially on Friday.
Nice and cosy co working space! I felt really looked after by Hayley and Esme. I would definitely recommend!
