Completely inept and it's difficult to know where to begin.
1. Covid happened, they offered us a deal to half our rent for 3 months and add 1.5 months on to the end of the contract. We agreed to this.
2. We got invoices for the full amount, which we flagged and were told it would be re issued.
3. We then got £200 late payment charge.
3. We raised again next month to give us the correct invoices.
4. They never turned up and we got another charge.
5. We gave up and paid them all in full and put our notice in to leave at the end of November when the contract expired.
6. We get confirmation of this.
7. Someone in their accounts then goes into our account and manually changes the payments we made and extended our contract by 1.5 months despite us been up to date and leaving the office.
8. They then come back with a deal to keep us and offer us 2 months free rent at a reduced rate over a year.... which we agree to.
9. We get an invoice for 2 months of rent, which we immediately flag and are told its a mistake and guaranteed the money wont come out.
10. Today two months of rent come out when we shouldn't be paying anything until February!
The time we have wasted dealing with these guys is ridiculous. I can't recommend anyone rents an office with Regus Tea Factory as they are completely incompetent.
Great place to get a temporary office. If its short term you wing have 24hr access that's advertised
