Avoid at all costs. Was charged a total of £550 for 8 days of co-working space. The sales rep (Laura) is completely incompetent and is happy to keep taking money from our account without responding to our emails. I have been renting office space for over 5 years and have never dealt with a more frustrating company.

If I needed an office where else but the liverpool water front.

Excellent modern office space, however, u can hear people's voices across several rooms too easily. Not private enough. Service team are excellent.

Good place for conference with great facilities.
