Good office place, well equipped but without frills.
Major draw is the area, with the waterfront within sight and loads of nice lunch places around
Lovely space to work from with tons of natural light, and staff was very friendly and welcoming to newcomers like myself.
I came in thru a meetup event with a bunch of other folks, and they welcomed everyone with free morning snacks, coffee, chocolate biscuits, croissants, tea & fruit. As if that wasn't enough to light our spirits, they continued to spoil us in the afternoon with delicious cake, juice, sandwiches and beer. All done in a community-like atmosphere, where we got to mingle and chit chat for a bit while having a break from working at their lovely venue.

Great location and service with a nice working space. Relaxed atmosphere ideal for a working desk or a quick informal meeting. Many options of F&B in the area as well
Small space. Air conditioning is not that strong so it feels hot inside. Location is good, but the place is okay
