It has a good quality and quantity for an all you can eat restaurant, I only give 4 stars because for 10 Euros you can have an extremely delicious meal in Lisbon, and compared to that option, this is only 80% worth it. In Hungary this would be a 4.5 stars restaurant with all the nice people and food
Nice but not that clean
Noisy!
The sound proofing is non-existent, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms, the communal breakfast area, street noise from outside as well as the occupants on the floors above and below.
Access is via key-codes provided by e-mail, so it's a very impersonal place to stay. The guest house has 6 rooms on the second floor of an old building with no lift.
On the positive side, it is well located for public transport connections and for sight-seeing. The immediate local area is quite nice with several shops, cafes and restaurants close by.
The rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. The en-suite was of high standard.

very nice and very helpful host. The place is amazing and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.
