Entrance is nice , but the rest is not that great. Reception is not well trained and they are rude as well. I have been using regus in UK many years. But this is the worst one I saw . I wouldn't recommend it.
My personal experience with their accounting department was very bad in fact horrible experience, my biggest mistake that i trusted them and allowed them on direct debit from my bank account which was my biggest mistake, i cancelled my contract in march and until now they are still holding the retainer amount despite the emails and phone calls still no success, they always say we refunded the money to your account which i didn't however, they failed to send me the proof of transfer, very bad and untrusted accounting system. very disappointed and i regret dealing with them.
I have had an office at Regus for 4 years and the staff is very professional and extremely nice. Regus is located in a prime location, close to many amenities. I have recommended Regus to a friend and would recommend to anyone looking for a great price fully serviced office.
