Just because of the bad treatment they give their clients I will not take any service. On their Instagram I saw a story about free pass (which they have deleted as a result of my complaint), I wrote and they did not answer so I decided to call. At the beginning they told me to go and that there was no problem, I called again to ask if there was a microwave, the lady who attends answered me "but what do you need?" in a bad way so I had to explain to him that I was going to heat up my lunch, I felt like I should explain what I was going to do, then he proceeded to point out that they didn't have a microwave (which I can understand), then I told him I had to meet with a provider answered me: free passes only allow one person to enter and that if I eventually took their services, I could meet in the "common area". I do not understand, the idea is not to simulate the experience you would have if I took your services? How can I know the experience of receiving my clients if they do not let me use the meeting room, I even asked for a quiet place because I had a videoconference and they told me that I could only be at the shared tables (where by the way they play bossa nova music that my colleagues listened in my video call) because that is the access that the free pass gives you, that is, in other words, your “free pass” does not show you the real experience unless you pay !! I really hope that paying customers are getting a better deal, otherwise I would advise them to work at a Starbucks, which is free and has even better music.
