Large magnificent room with a view of the station forecourt which gives a good first impression BUT bad soundproofing between the rooms which makes concentration difficult. Impossible to make the wifi work properly which generates a significant loss of time and an inability to work properly, we say to ourselves that we are in fact more comfortable and better equipped at home. Complicated access path and sympathy / professionalism of the staff to be completely reviewed from the moment the contract is signed. Too bad because the location is convenient.
Catastrophic customer experience.
The premises are nevertheless pleasant, but almost empty and we understand why.
Signed for a 1 month trial, finally used 2 days due to the behavior of the staff: unpleasant or even aggressive, if you ask for water you are charged for a bottle, you are watched, the cowork offices are noisy, the wifi slow and unstable. To top it off, we are being asked for 3 months because the “1 month trial” contract was in fact to be terminated on the day of signature because it can be automatically renewed with a notice period of 1 month. Good luck in the post-covid era with such behavior!
Welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful and exceptional setting in the heart of Lille. Ideal center for a delocalized team meeting.
