Very cool place with amazing view.
Just would be cool to have extra towels in the sauna.
In the restaurant, the customer service was terribly disappointing. We were not given what we ordered and we were not served well. However, the food was satisfactory.

Great stay here, restaurants are good, bar atmosphere is fun, the rooms are really nice (have to call the front desk if you want the room temperature dropped though just FYI). And easy access to the ski shop and Levi town center just down the gondola.
Very good hotel. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, delicious food. Hotel is placed on the hill and you have nice view on the village. There are three red slopes and you can ski right away. I highly recommend this hotel.
