We have rented an apartment from CIS from 26th Dec 2019 for a holiday in Les Allues. On arrival Towels which were paid for and ordered over email were not provided. We had to visit the agency who then told us they had forgotten to order them. So first day we missed the early ski lifts and went on a hunt for towels which they could only provide half of from a store cupboard next to a petrol station and had to wait for a delivery later that day for the rest. Today an engineer came into our apartment to fix a light bulb which had already been fixed yesterday and stood on our bed with muddy shoes and covered our bed linen with muddy foot prints. One of the worst agencies I have dealt with for holiday rentals and would avoid at all costs in the future.
This organisation is only out for your money.

We rented a appartment in Meribel and its just a bloody shame that they even dare to ask money for these doghouses

Aging apartment without charm. Rather low end and poorly designed. No WiFi, no 4G, few power outlets. Worn mattresses. Window door air tightness problem. Should be thinking about changing the faucets which are starting to become obsolete. On the positive side, the price and the location near the slopes (return to ski chalet on foot). Quiet location for the period and free shuttle nearby
Real estate agency very nice and serious.
Experts who know the valley well and who are very good advice for a project purchase / sale / lease.
