How to start .... call 3 weeks before or a lady m indicates a covid reduction of 40/45% cause covid and closure of the lifts ... one week before departure Reminder and surprise 25% reduction ... instead of 40/45%

The rental chalet le sarsonnet .... how to say .... dryer not cleaned. Oven and microwave in an inadmissible state ... bulb that does not work ... we call the alp agency which really does not seem to worry about it ... raclette without utensils,
on the Telephone rude person, no kindness. Very disappointed, fortunately, that the chalet is pleasant and the environment exceptional.
To conclude, an agency that only thinks of one thing ... money. I will no longer book with this agency.
And last message. The lady of the agency tells us to call us back to tell us if the final inventory is good in order to warn us if all is well ... no call .... we call back the next day and the surprise we are told that we did not understand and that if we are not called it means that all is well and this with a haughty air ... unacceptable ....

So overall it was good but some points are to be reviewed ... We arrived during the day and it was moderately full but we had no info on the apartment. Besides a very good starter kit (with tablets for dishwasher!) And an hour of inventory, that was almost all. The rest will fend for you.
Finally during the inventory, after we cleaned, our controller arrived with his shoes soaked to go around. Better not to clean if it's for nothing.
