ATTENTION SCAM!!!
My experience with Val Thorens Immobilier was the worst I ever had. Their apartments were dirty and without pillows or necessary furniture. the apartments were extremely small and could not sleep 4 people, it had a sofa for 2 people and an extremely small bunk bed. that was not all, because when we left we had to pay € 140 left of the deposit because they told us that we had left it dirty when it was not the other way around, they themselves went to dirty it and take pictures. It is a real scam and a shame, we will never return again.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN A HOTEL AFTERWARDS! Extra small rooms, dirty, without nothing and they charge you for everything, its a shame! Besides, they charge you 150€ for the deposit and they.use tricks to don't give you back the money. Things as: you left the room dirty (even if you leave it clean) and we will charge you 80€ from the deposit. Or You broke a plate so we will charge you 50€ for a.new plate. We will never come back!!
You have to pay for sheets and clean by yourself.
Tried to charge us for holes in the floor... then the holes turned into scratches in an email. Non of which was us. We failed to fill a form out we didn’t see until the last day of any defects of the apartment. They entire place is a defect. The bed is broken, we had to fix it ourself. They gave us a room key with a random number on it. We had to play a guessing game to which was our room. They sent an emotional, unprofessional threatening email saying they were going to keep 250 euros deposit and claimed the floor was going to cost over 1000 euros to repair. The laminate flooring must be gold laced.
I really recommend this agency and would like to thank the excellent staff. I had a great time there.
