When I decided to quit my studies, I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt like I had no real strengths and was afraid of not finding anything that would really fulfill me. After my advice at Tageinz. I realized that I too have strengths that I can use to my advantage. Through different perspectives on one self and its interests it was possible to gain a new perspective. With this new perspective, I was able to find a course that is more tailored to me. From my point of view, the advice not only helps with the choice of study and career, but also enriches you in other aspects of your own life.
It has been two years since my day at Philipp, meanwhile I am studying dual studies and I am super happy with my decision to change profession and employer again at the age of 30. The day brought me a lot further and the support afterwards was great. Philipp always had an open ear and good tips with regard to applications and interviews!
The career counseling helped me personally to make the right choice in terms of my degree program and my future within a few months. There are no classic tests that are familiar from the free career counseling, but conversations are held to get to know the character. This not only superficially emphasizes individual strengths and evaluates them by a computer, but also properly addresses the individual. In addition, not only personal strengths are filtered out, but also goals in life. For me personally, this is very important, because I have very high goals in life and I could not achieve them with some career suggestions, regardless of whether this job would suit my strengths.
I had my first interview at the beginning of the year and only a few months later I was able to decide on the right course. Now I started in the winter semester and so far I am very happy :). That was also due to several follow-up discussions and constant support through my decision-making phase, so that I always stayed on the ball. That's why I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
A few years ago I was advised which professions would suit my profile. After a few detours (which I owed myself out of lack of insight into the career proposals), I have now ended up in precisely this professional field and I know exactly in which direction I should continue. In the meantime I have a clear professional goal in mind and I owe that to the day-to-day career counseling with its competent employees. A clear recommendation from me to everyone who does not know their strengths and weaknesses and who have to find their way in the "jungle" from a professional perspective!
