We have never seen so rude and arrogant hotel. When you claim the reimbursement due to COVID-19 travelling ban, they simply forced you to accept their solution and did not reply to your argument. They ignore the government policy like a mafia and blame that it was the customer fault. The hotel is very selfish and unreliable.

Had to stay here overnight due to train delay. Simple hotel, simple breakfast and non functional WiFi.

Disappointing. Air-conditioning is broken !! People at the reception are kind, rooms nice and clean !! 3rd time in this hotel but also the last time !! No air-conditioning in summer time ain't funny
