I have been the owner for 7 years of accommodation managed by this Agency. I already salute the extreme and constant kindness and kindness of Ms. Martinez and the other people working at the Agency. I have always found the apartment in perfect condition, all the more so this year when the sanitary constraints required more work and time. I thank the Agency for its professionalism and, being distant, I appreciate being able to count on it in peace.
Avoid this agency, they are irresponsible and liars.
We rented a property from them, when we entered the studio, it was dirty, traces of fecal matter in the toilets .... We reported it and no contact with the agency.
What is even more shameful in times of covid is that the studio is not disinfected when we find a paper that says the studio is disinfected.
When we left, the person who made the inventory filled in a paper indicating that the premises had been disinfected while this person only came into the studio with his papers and his pen, without disinfectant products.
Liars, thieves, don't choose this agency, run away !!!!
I appreciated the responsiveness to my rental cancellation request and returned my deposit check quickly. Not all agencies in this time of covid are this professional. Ms. Martinez is always pleasant and always accommodating. I have been renting for 3 years through, no problem
So very very disappointed really. Not at all reliable to ads. We had to pick up the keys at 3 p.m. we got them back at 4.30 p.m. then we wanted to go to the residence we were not told where the entrance was then once we arrived in the apartment it was dirty not clean at all a bar iron us ran into it. The ad stated 6 people even 4 people were tight. We then called them to say that it was inadmissible, they went to find out but we had to ask who found another apartment or they didn't care. In the end we paid 600 euros a week not to have the swimming pool which was marked on the advertisement, not to have a parking lot or an elevator. Conclusion not good at all. Do not talk about the inventory that was the hospital that mocks charity.
Great regular at Grau Du Roi out of habit I went through another agency on avenue de Camargue but not having obtained what I wanted after several reminders I decided to go through Immoplage, and there it was a good surprise I had business with a serious person and responsive to my requests.
The rental was in accordance with the announcement everything was perfect you have convinced me by next year no doubt
