Affordable, unpretentious large room comfortable for a family of 4, firm beds, great air conditioning, beautiful sea view, adequate breakfast included, helpful staff, very clean... And the village and beach of Grau du Roi are delightful.
We stayed in the hotel Splendid on our way back from Malta and were disappointed in our reception. We bought our accommodation through Groupon discount and when we handed our reservation to the receptionist she tended to look down her nose at us. Frankly its overpriced for what it is, its only saving grace are the wonderful views across the bay from the breakfast room, but breakfast at 13.50 Euro ? I can buy a 3 course lunch in a restaurant for the same price. We won't be back.
