The agency manager Ms. De Benedittis was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me without even letting me speak, telling me to call her back in 1 month on the pretext that she was busy!
I called her to give her a feedback on a potential tenant that she had recommended to me for an apartment.
Being abroad, I need to work with trustworthy managers, diplomats and available which is apparently not the case at all in this agency!
It is shameful especially coming from the director of the agency!
Therefore I will entrust my real estate to another agency.
I have never been spoken to like this as a client, it is unacceptable!
I strongly advise against!
