The place reminds me of a very professional Corporation building back in the midwest; green grass, trees, and birds chirping. The lot is very clean. Security is always patrolling the area. It's located very conveniently on Sands and Howard Hughes. I came here for an interview. I love the building set-up. The buses come in this area as well.

Nice location. Clean spaces. Friendly receptionists. Good turn key office space.

Clean secure and handicap friendly

Had a class put on by a company, with a third party trainer, in a fourth party location. Needless to say the staff was confused and so were we initially. Located near several eateries and had ample parking for office rental space.
