If it was possible not to put a star, I would. Incompetent staff, procedural following their own mistakes, and not knowing the inner workings of the real estate agent's profession. They are unable to make an entry and exit inventory correctly.
I was already thinking of avoiding real estate agencies as a general rule but this one clearly does not deserve to practice. To flee !
The agency gives me an incomplete address, suddenly I arrive 10 minutes late. I wait 30 minutes on site without hearing any news. I had to call them back twice by myself without actually getting the tour! In short, to avoid.
