Horrible experience. It started already bad when they could not provide linen and towels as they “run out of stock” 1 month before arrival… but it got much worse. There is a very early checkout time (09:00) which you are only informed at arrival. We spent the early morning clearing and cleaning the apartment, toilets and showers. swiping and moping the floor to the best of our abilities, yet we received a charge of 110eur for end of stay cleaning services. Absolutely disgraceful business model to ask the tenants to do what a professional cleaning company should do. I attach the pictures sent by the agency so you can see how we left the apartment.

very disappointed, heating problem from our arrival suddenly oil bath radiator for bearing but was not enough, lack of cleaning in the shower and toilets, flexible plumbing problem not to be tightened,
lack of socket in the kitchen utensils housing dirty.
came to GOELIA accommodation the previous year and had nothing to complain about !!!
