Hotel is good. The size of the room is good. They have a paid parking. They charge 10 euro per night. There is free parking just outside the hotel but that area is smelling really bad. Overall it was a good experience.
Incredible helpful staff. New and quiet rooms. I really liked this hotel. Will visit again, if I am ever in La Rochelle again.
They have the worst cancellation policy after check in. The facilies and the rooms are not as they have mentioned in the pictures and description. They are charging for all... Including water too... Rooms are so small that we cannot even open the luggage bag. If the stay is more than 3 days. No gym, no iron box, no laundry. Breakfast will not be included in the package. We have to pay extra. Same breakfast they repeat every day. Nothing to eat for the cold weather. Everything will be freezing.
Because it was very clean and lush even the staff were very polite and friendly and so close to all the town centre
