Perfectly located, yet still quiet, I've visited the La Quinta in Cedar Park several times and every time, the quality of my room and the hotel is excellent, and the customer service is always outstanding.
The front desk staff is especially courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Albert for assistance on a future reservation at another La Quinta, saving me time online. Internet connectivity is great and breakfast and coffee choices are remarkably good.
Some hotel rating systems label La Quinta as a "2-Star" hotel, but in my opinion, this La Quinta in Cedar Park Texas should be classed as a "3-Star" hotel. I highly recommend, and will visit again.
During current icy conditions in Austin, they have been great! With no cleaning crews, they have removed everything used by previous occupants. We could have the room if willing to clean it. Gladly! They have also fed us & are making lots of coffee when there is power. Would I stay here again? You bet!
Got a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub. It was nice but not worth $110 and that was during the week. They offered a hot breakfast instead of a sack to go but when my boyfriend and I went to eat we were rudely told only 1 per person. Checked my debit card statement that evening and had been charged for the room after I had already paid online. They quickly reversed the charges and did admit mistake.
So this is the second time this year that I have stayed here. The rooms are very nice and clean. They are pet friendly with a nice walking path behind the property. Parking can get a bit full, but there is plenty of light so safety has never been an issue with me. The local area has plenty of restaurants and access to I35 is only about 8 miles away. Staff is always kind and I have never had any problems with the staff. Breakfast taquitos are good, I do miss making the Texas waffles though, but with covid what can you do! I do highly recommend this place, much better than some of the older properties at other places.
Had a difficult evening. Wasn’t expecting to need a room. Didn’t have my method of payment squared away. Bob made sure we were set and made sure my mother was able to get in the room while i secured a method of payment. Was having a really tough night and was embarrassed about the payment issue. Bob treated me with respect and dignity. Thanks Bob. You’re a good man.
