We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Cedar Park hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and had high attention to detail. Specifically want to thank Gian Sanagustin for all his assistance (from breakfast to after hour drinks to check-in/check-out) He made the stay pleasant and we looked forward to seeing him coming in and out of the hotel. The hotel was clean and the chicken wings were some of the best we've ever had! Highly recommend a stay here.
Great care for customers during Covid. Genuine Texas hospitality. Had a blue norther blow in before I could get to my hotel....cold to the bone... and the night manager fixed me a delicious cup of hot chocolate! Even a great grab n go breakfast!

Our stay was great. Check in was a breeze with very informative information on how they are sanitizing and they are just a call away if we need anything in our room. Our room was nice and spotless with super comfortable beds. We were greeted everytime we returned from our outings. Check out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.
BED BUGS!! My husband and I stayed one night only to be awakened by bed bugs 3:00 am. We called front desk and left immediately. Place looks nice and the room looked clean but bed bugs are a definite deal breaker. Sorry for the bad review but I feel I should warn others. The night employee was nice but I’m upset the manager never called me to apologize. I had to call the Hotel the next to get my money back thee we next day. On top of that they still charged me $15 for the overpriced Desani water bottle and soda.
Awesome hotel to use in your gps if you’re trying to find the construction site nearby.
Probably great rooms. Most likely cozy beds and friendly concierge.
