Ran into an issue with my reservations (don't use a 3rd party) The night shift front desk, Tyler, listened to my situation and took control. He knew exactly what needed to be done and helped me resolve it with 3rd party quick!!! Super grateful.
It was amazing and super good hotel and everything was clean also the staff was friendly and smiling but the next morning I got bedbugs bite and I told them about it and they told me we will call you later and they took my phone number but didn’t call me back!! Any way that is the whole truth story and it have been 5 days and the bites still there and itchy ♂️
Worst service ever!!! Rude guy working the front desk yelled at me as I was entering the hotel to put on a mask... I did so immediately and had planned to but after a long exhausting trip I was tired and forgot for a split second... later I heard him tell a guy, who barely spoke English, he would not help him until he put a mask on.... after that, in the elevator I heard others complaining about how rude he was about the mask and serving unmasked people... unbelievable. I will NOT be staying here again. So much for the customer is always right mentality... apparently spring hill suites doesn’t need the business. There may be a mask mandate (not law) but there is no excuse for aggressive and rude treatment of guests. THAT is what should be taken seriously not some made up rule designed to control people.
The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Rooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. I will definitely be bringing my family back!!
Love this hotel! The staff is attentive, friendly and the rooms are spacious and amazing. Always look forward to staying here when I'm staying in Cedar Park
