Cable never worked which means there was no TV. Was moved 2 times then promised that the Manager was in route to fix the cable. After leaving and returning twice the TV/Cable was not working. Was advised that we would be compensated on the room for the inconvenience but still have not been reimbursed for the charge already made on our card. Very unhappy in the stay!! The poor desk clerk did her best to make us comfortable but without managerial assistance there is not much she can do in our situation. I do NOT suggest to stay at this hotel!!

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. It's my understanding that this hotel has been undergoing a lot of changes so I wasn't sure what to expect. However it was a pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent service!
Very clean room. Could feel the springs in the bed but not bad. Construction next door so don't plan on sleeping late very noisy but over all a nice experience.
electrical tape on a shower head, no drain on the floor. It has black mold on the shower walls. Room smelled bad. The light did not work by the windows. There is construction beside the hotel where you here them banging at 6 am. I think this place need a gut job and remodel. It not work any doler amount.
