Reviews from visitors:
Yeah no star at all. I got an office space but it was the worse ideal with Regus. There billing was never straightforward. Charged for taxes on a rent..go figure. Switched to virtual office still billing always charged extra. Do yourself a favor and never use any Regus services, you will just find yourself constantly arguing with accounting. To get deposit back is major huddle.
Honestly, it is impressive how much they pay attention to small details. A company dedicated to its customers. Very clean facility, welcoming and polite workers.
It’s located in a beautiful, brand new building with plenty of parking. The Regus staff is very professional, friendly & helpful. The offices are fully furnished, attractively decorated and can be customized to meet your needs. I highly recommend getting an office at this location before all the offices are leased. While visiting, feel free to stop by my office, say hello and verify I'm a real client at this center.
They make it so hard to get your deposit back. They said I had to go to some section of the website and request to end my agreement, even though it has ended. But when I go to that section, the options they tell me to choose are grayed out, so I can't actually click them per their instructions. So then I made phone call after phone call and now I'm being told that they have no record of me paying a security deposit! This is outlandish. I plan to pursue complaints with the BBB and even the Federal Trade Commission if they don't resolve this in a hurry.
This location is not good for the casual user like myself. I only pop in a few times a month where I need to work for a few hours and because this location only has two Business Lounge "pods" one of which is always taken up by what seems like a full-time resident who is always there... that only leaves one work pod, which has about a 20% availability rate in my experience. The other two "seats" are ridiculous and have tiny little airplane tray table desks on them and are not usable for more than 10-15 minutes at a time due to horrible ergonomics. This location needs to seriously revamp their Business Lounge (co-working) area and provide more work space for people and ask the person who takes up an entire pod every single day to pony up for his own office.
The other couch/common seating areas are usually quite full up with customers of the office tenants coming and going waiting for appointments, excetera.
Other than that it's a nice little office.. The girls that run the front desk are nice and friendly and keep things tidy.
So in summary: this office is really only good if you are willing to permanently rent your own office: avoid for Business Lounge casual/occasional use.
