OUR REACTION FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE
First of all thank you for your answer, this is the only time you deign to interest us!
Despite the many pressures to get our message out of your site, we have given the agency a deadline so that you can respond positively to our reactions.
This time being past, here are our answers to the many errors and crazy ideas contained in your answer:
1) Indeed the villa was acquired furnished and decorated but the problem is that many furniture, appliances and all interior and exterior decorations were simply and simply replaced by others or removed (see point 2). We thought that was clear in our previous message but it seems that you did not understand it or wanted to understand.
2) If you had taken the trouble to view the photos (A4 size), taken on our first visit, handed to Mr Müller, you could have prevented these comments. It is a bit strong to read that you are surprised by our reaction after 7 months ... You were well aware of our request (since January), repeated several times, a meeting between all parties to solve these disputes. At Mr Müller's only visit (end of June), he was able to see for himself the damage and the shortcomings we are talking about (see the photos), he agreed with us.
3) Regarding the so-called late payments, again you seem not to be very aware of the progress of the situation. As agreed, installments were paid on time and the balance was paid at the notary's signature. However, we recognize a delay of payment of 2 months due to the health problem (operation of the back with unavailability of displacement!) Of which you are part. Does this delay, in agreement with all parties, give the former owners the right to loot or replace objects? In addition, we do not see how this delay has harmed the Agency, which has not needed to rethink the entire transaction as we try to make us believe!
4) The question of cleaning is a null and void topic, we took care of it.
5) Regarding the sliding gate, we firmly maintain our position that the electric mechanism has been purely and simply withdrawn. There remains (visible) only a piece of the support of the installation as well as the hanging wires of the electrical assembly.
6) As a conscientious business, as you claim to be, it seems normal to us that before any sale and delivery of the keys, a visit to control the villa would have been necessary. We had to manage to find alone the water arrivals, understand the electrical installation, evacuations, operation of the pool and lawn sprinklers ... You had the keys since the month of September and we arrived at the end of December. We call this a professional misconduct.
7) Another very serious fault is the imitation of a personal signature on an official document. On this subject we always reserve the right to follow up with the justice.
All we want is to get the good as we have seen and bought, do you find it abnormal?
But initially we will be satisfied that the main things missing or badly damaged, namely: the American fridge, the garden furniture, the television and the (electric) system full of the opening of the portal.
It seems that we were not taken seriously, probably thinking that we would get bored after a while and that everything would be forgotten ... and no!
Of course we will not fail to share in this forum, if necessary, any positive change in this situation.
